Steven H. Jesser provides insights and commentaries on new Federal Court cases.  I have been in private practice since 1995 and have represented many US and international healthcare providers, businesses, and individuals in contract transactional, regulatory, licensing-disciplinary, litigation-trial, and appellate matters.  I was the first Associate General Counsel of Northwestern Memorial Hospital/HealthCare in Chicago, which is the primary teaching hospital of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an internationally renowned tertiary care medical center.  I served in this prestigious position for fourteen years.
